The Pilot Mountain office is off US Hwy 52 approximately 24 miles north of Winston-Salem and 10 south of Mount Airy . On US Hwy 52 (from the north or south) exit at Exit 134 – Pilot Mountain/Elkin – Hwy 268. Drive east on Hwy 268 approximately 1 mile to traffic light ( Main Street ). Turn right onto Main Street and drive three blocks. You will see a BB&T Bank on the right. Turn right at the bank and we are the first business on the left – 108 S Davis Street.
